He is known as the kind of man who inflates his ego by fabricating charges and evidence. Knowing this sherriffs reputation is cause enough for reflection in this case. Even if he did do a good job for once, it does not excuse the fact that he sets out to damage the lives of the innocent with his schemings. The case of the Yonders is a perfect point. I have seen with my own eyes the video tapes of two terribly abused children who where used by Darren Mitchum to try to run a nice old man off of his land by accusing him of child molestation. The tapes clearly showed this man to be absolutely innocent, a judge has already thrown out the charges, yet Darren Mitchum is still trying to intimidate and run this poor guy off. He should be stripped of his badge.
