Until laws are passed nationwide and then actually enforced, our children remain at risk.
There is a new socially responsible website, www.safewave.org, the site for parents, teachers, and lawmakers, that uses a childs school to verify their identification before they can become a member. It is age appropriate, content monitored, secure, predator free, cyber bulling free, and best of all, free. Safewave introduces Iland5.com for children. Concerned parents should check it out and sign their kids up for it. I did and now have peace of mind.
