It is very hard for law enforcement to keep up. There are so many people out there on the world of the Internet participating in this activity. But with the ICAC, law enforcement is doing a hell of a job in cutting down on the amount. These guys should all be put in jail for a very very very long time! The ICAC is a great task force and do an excellent job! However, it is imperative that parents keep track of their children's online activities!! One of the best prevention to cut down on these crimes, is for parents to make sure that their children are not in communication with adults who just want to take advantage of them.
