Did you ever think that maybe, being a cop, he was just being cautious in case it wasn't a little girl on the other end? Innocent until proven guilty... sure. But I think he was guilty long ago, and he knows it. I am also very cynical and don't trust anyone. I don't trust that a guy who drove almost an hour to meet a young teenage girl, who is a stranger and not a long-lost daughter or relative, was going there just to be friends... Innocent until proven guilty… sure. But I think he was guilty long ago, and he knows it.

I was at the trail. There was no intent on that date in question Feb 18. I do not know if he planned on it later and neither do you. We cannot predict the future. But on that day there was no intent, now lets see how the justice system works. They want to charge him only because he is a police. They want him to get killed in there to show an example of what happens to child molesters when they are cops. He molested no one...The condoms were 2 years old in expired for 2 years...he did not go near her apt. and told her he was sick and nothing would be happening. This is a case of what you call Intrapment. The prosacuter even said if it would have not been a chp they would have let him go. But they wanted to use him for show..There was no intent. I saw the whole trail. And Mr. Decks attorney is not all that. I would fire him and bring in someone with more experience. Good luck Mr. Deck. I hope you get out of this BS. I know you are innocent.
