Middle School Student Brings Loaded Handgun To School To Confront Bully

I am going to post 4 stories on cyberbullying news today. Here is #4

I actually feel for the gunman in this situation. All he wanted was to be someone’s friend online. Instead, he was shot down and then bullied. Things escalated. Now, while this kid clearly has issues and is taking the BS that flies online a little too seriously, the report notes that the bullying carried out over several months. That is several months of the bullies parents not knowing how he was treating others online.

I’ll say it once more (for today): when it comes to cyberbullying, PC Pandora computer monitoring software can help stop the problem. With out software, parents of the bullies will be able to see how their child is treating others online. Of course, with that knowledge now, they need to care enough to act.

If the parents of the bullies don’t know what their child is doing online and/or don’t care enough to step in and stop any bullying they see, cyberbullying will never end.
