Wacky Internet Predator Wednesday #182

The thing I love about love about this column is that it is never empty. Not a week goes by that there isn’t some story somewhere about a predator being busted for luring a child for sex or having sex with a minor he/she met online… it happens every week.

Yet there are some that still try to say the fear of predators is overblown and overhyped by the media. Well, I don’t think 26 guys arrested in a week is overhyping the issue. Remember, these are only the guys that were caught.

So, without further ado, here are 26 more reasons for parents to use PC Pandora monitoring software to know who your kids are talking to online and who is trying to talk to them…

I am starting this week with a BIG ONE! Operation Tail Feather in Florida resulted in the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office arresting 21 men looking to have sex with minors they met online. Here’s a video from one story and a second story that has a slide show with mugshots and details of the 21 guys arrested. I suggest checking it out!
